This means, you have daily accountability with emailed reports, Vehicle Dash mounted and Officer worn body cameras which go a long way in reducing liability. GPS tracking of our marked and highly visible Patrol vehicles build in assurances that our personnel were on your property, and for how long.
Our Patrol Officers are highly trained in effective reporting procedures, crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, defensive tactics and self defense, and are certified on every piece of equipment that they carry. Additionally, our Officers carry cameras in their vehicles so as to provide photographic documentation of issues or areas of concerns, like maintenance hazards, leaking pipes, lights that are burned out and other hazards, to help our customers mitigate risks and liability.
Depending upon the severity of the issues discovered, our Officers can request that Dispatch contact you in real time, again, depending upon protocol.
Our vehicle Patrol programs are customizable based upon a variety of factors:
Commercial / Industrial Properties – Our Patrol personnel can conduct hard checks of doors and windows of vacant spaces, check fire suppression equipment, conduct highly visible vehicle and foot patrols of designated areas, and respond to the property to tenant concerns or alarms. Locking and unlocking services are also available.
Alarm Response – If your property experiences a burglary, fire or other significant alarm event, you can add our services to your emergency call out list, and our Officers can act as the First Responder, rather than risking yourself or potential false alarm fines from your local Police agency. Our staff will then work within your instructions to take action, or simply document our findings, based upon the protocols you establish with our team or your alarm monitoring provider.
K-9 Patrol and Detection Services – We offer our customers the enhance deterrent of highly trained protective K-9’s, with equally trained handlers. Our service offerings include foot patrols of our customers properties, along with explosives and weapons detection services from EOD / EDD certified handler / K-9 teams for events, residential or Executive / Dignitary protection details, employment or tenant related matters. Our teams maintain certifications to insure legal credibility and defensible detections. We can respond to any detection related questions on an emergency basis, 24/7 throughout the Puget Sound region!
Apartment / Condominium Complexes – Locking and Unlocking offices, cabanas and pools. Towing services and parking enforcement. Call response for common courtesy patrol factors like noise complaints, suspicious persons or activity and emergency response for fires, burglary alarms and other serious incidents.
Short Term Protective Details – Do you have staff that work on call in high risk environments, like servicing ATM machines, banks, 24 hour business offices or retail facilities? With a call to our Dispatch Center, we can assign one of our on duty Patrol Officers to provide a short term protective detail for your staff member while the perform their critical work. We are also available to respond to our guard services and Protective Services Plan clients with uniformed personnel in marked Patrol vehicles as a temporary show of strength to act as a deterrent, or take whatever lawful action is possible to help mitigate risk, based upon the clients protocols.
Homeowners Associations – For pennies per day, per home / member, MIP can patrol your entire HOA with one of our marked, highly visible Patrol vehicles. Our Officers can check on playgrounds, common spaces like cabanas, sports courts, pools and parks. Our staff can also check your members homes while they are vacation for a nominal additional fee. Checking doors and windows, removing mail and packages on a daily basis and even responding to alarms on a temporary basis for your members while they are out of town are all services we will gladly provide. Daily documentation, reporting, GPS tracking and video driven verification of patrols are all part of our HOA protection and response plans.
Event / Funeral / Dignitary Motor Escort Services – Through our exclusive partnerships, we can insure both the safety and security of your funeral procession, dignitary motorcade or event traffic management with our highly visible, certified motor escort services. These services are performed by uniformed personnel, in marked vehicles with the necessary emergency vehicle / escort permits to perform this function in your jurisdiction.
